Shipping And Handling All goods must be signed for upon delivery. The delivered items must be checked when received and any faults or carrier damage must be reported within 3 working days.
In the event that there is no one at the premises when the goods are delivered the couriers are under instructions not to leave the parcel. If the courier has been unable to deliver the goods you will be left a card stating the local depot's address and telephone number. If you contact the depot, you can arrange another date for the delivery to be made - this must be to the same address. Alternatively you can arrange to pick the goods up from the depot, for which you will need some form of identification e.g. a driving licence.

Delivery Schedule We endeavour to deliver your goods to you as fast as we can.

A large percentage of our orders are delivered in 1-2 working days but some goods can take longer if they are delivered direct from the manufacturer or if the item is made to order. Please see each product for further information.

Please give us a call if your order is urgent to verify the delivery time or see if a faster delivery is possible (additional costs may apply).

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT is added at the current rate. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.

Guarantee All of our products come with a full one year return to base warranty. If you do have a problem with the equipment, please contact us and we supply any technical assistace needed or the information needed for return of the equipment for warranty repair. The warranty commmences upon the delivery date. Warranty only applies to defects in materials and/or workmanship which occur during normal and proper use. Warranty does not apply to products that are damaged due to misuse, alteration or modification.
